Blue Dot Stability Issues in ArcGIS IPS(Surveyless using Beacon )

I am currently experiencing issues with the stability of the blue dot in my ArcGIS Indoor Positioning System (IPS) project. Despite proper placement and configuration of my beacons (Feasy, using iBeacon protocol), the blue dot representing the user location is not stable and fluctuates significantly.

Here are the details of my setup:

  • Beacons: Feasy Beacons with iBeacon protocol
  • RSSI at 1m: -81 dB
  • Advertising Interval: 300 ms
  • Placement Interval: Approximately 5 meters between beacons

After configuring the beacons, I have noticed that the IPS quality is poor and the blue dot does not provide a reliable indication of the user's position. This inconsistency persists even though the beacons are placed at regular intervals and within the recommended range.

Could anyone provide insights into what might be causing this instability? Are there specific settings or adjustments I should consider for improving the accuracy and stability of the blue dot in ArcGIS
