Zone Lookup erratic behavior

I'm having a problem with Zone Lookup, it appears to honor the layer order from the web map in the results panel but not in the map itself. In my example app below I want it to display top most layer (Voting Precinct) on the map so that users can go down the list from the result panel in order and view each district. I have it configured to hide all layers and show selected only with layer effects.

Most of the time it seems to choose a random layer from the list to display on the map and I find that to be confusing. I can type in the same address repeatedly and get a different map result almost every time.

Anybody else experience this? I've tried referenced map image and feature layers as well and grouped and ungrouped hosted feature layers and had the same result.

An example address would be 1820 Jefferson St, Port Townsend, WA 98368

Ok I think I see the issue. It looks like one of the results is selected and that is the feature that displays on the map. It should be the first one so there is an issue. I'll take a look at this and see if we can get it working consistently.

Ok I found the issue and we'll get a fix out in the next release of ArcGIS Online.
