Time Zone Setting for Instant App Widgets

Good morning,

Looking to see if there is any way to set a default time zone for either an entire instant app application or for specific tools added to the application? See attached images for examples.

Have an application on enterprise portal (11.3.0) using the 3D viewer template and have noticed the time zone in the Daylight tool defaults to MST and the time zone for the cumulative shadow tool defaults to PST.

None of the layers in the web scene used for the instant app are time aware and I have not been able to find anywhere to be able to set the default time zone for the tools.

According to the documentation for the Daylight and Shadow widgets daylight uses the scenes environment for the time zone but shadow does not so I think we'll need to provide configuration options to allow the time zone to be defined for those components. We can look at this in a future release of ArcGIS Online. Here's the doc that talks a little about the time zone. usage:
