Public Notification Instant App only exports from related table if layer is public

When configuring the Public Notification Instant App, I am unable to export a contact list from my related table unless I share the layer publicly. When the layer is not shared publicly, the Export button just spins. Once I share the layer publicly, it works as designed. I had previously been using the Public Notification widget in Web App Builder where I was able to export a list from a related table without sharing the layer publicly. Will this capability be incorporated into the Public Notification Instant App?

I am having the same issue regardless of whether or not the layer is shared publicly. This app used to work well with a map that contained no publicly shared layers. I have tried sharing the layer publicly and still no luck.

For the layer, do you have the related record displayed in the popup?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! A defect from Support has been logged (BUG-000173667) if you'd like to track it, and we as a team will look into this more to get it fixed.

Saw it posted to the Issues Addressed List and tried it out again. Works great, thank you! 😄
