I had a simple group layer at first with no table sand was able to make a reporter app working. Then I tried to make an app with the republished layers with tables to add the comment function and it is not letting me add comments or reports. All the layers allow editing. I have tried publishing the layers as separate layers with their tables ( not in a group layer) and as a group layer both with and without tables, and nothing is working on the app at all now.
