Hello! We're attempting to use the Portfolio application to auto-scroll through an operations dashboard showcasing details on an incident. One limitation we've discovered is that you cannot use a dashboard URL in multiple sections. In this use-case, we have a URL parameter that filters the dashboard based on the incident, so we were hoping that the URL's the with custom parameter would be recognized as unique.

URL Examples:

Main URL: maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/fakedashboard

Incident 1: maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/fakedashboard#f1=1

Incident 2: maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/fakedashboard#f1=2

I have some legacy tabbed story maps I felt I should finally scope out the replacement for in case they are gotten rid of completely and was really hopefully the Portfolio would work but hit the same issue.  I was already worried it was going to treat it as loading a new web page in each tab instead of just changing the parameters when clicking on a new tab, but not even being able to add two unique URLs that happen to point at the same dashboard with different parameters is even worse.

Looking at the other replacements suggested, using the new story map with headings is completely different and while the story map collection is a bit closer and lets you put in the same dashboard with different parameters, it does force a reload of the dashboard on each tab instead of just panning/filtering based on the new URL parameter.  Also can't find a way to get rid of the cover.  Honestly, the ability to not reload a dashboard and just change the parameters is so unexpectedly useful I'm worried it was completely unintentional and we won't see anything new implement something similar.
