Non recognizable feature layers in Instant app

Hello, 

When trying to create an Nearby Instant App, I receive the message "No acceptable layers exist in webmap."  I have created a map with a basic feature layer using points.  I am using the free public ArcGIS Online account.

Is your web map public? If so can you share the link?

Yes, I have just made my maps public.  However, during Step #3 of the “Express” instant app set- up, I am still receiving the same message.

Thanks for the link. The app doesn't currently support using map notes feature collections as a layer. We can look at adding support for this in a future release.
