Some application components briefly flash in different parts of the screen (incorrectly) upon loading a sidebar Instant Application, before it fully loads correctly. The issue was reported to ESRI on 3/4/25 and it has been logged as BUG-000174727. I was told this will not be an ad-hoc fix, and that it will be addressed in the next AGOL update this summer, which is unacceptable. Check out this link to see the bug in action, and pay attention to the application on initial load. If by chance the project lead is made aware of this post, I would appreciate a DM.
