I created a web map in Arc Pro, one of the point layers in the map is displayed as a heat map. When I publish this map to my Enterprise online portal and view it in the map view it looks just the same as it did in the desk top version for me. When others in my organization viw the map they cannot see the heat map symbology.
I cannot understand the reason why.
