Editing geometry in new Manager app

Is it possible to edit geomtry in the new Manager app? Thinking an edit widget in there would be a nice addition.

It is not possible to edit geometry of features in Manager. Can you elaborate on how editing the geometry of features in Manager would fit into your workflow? For example, when would you typically need to edit the geometry of features while reviewing data in Manager? I think this is a great request and want to make sure the team has the correct information.

The Manager application is a great attribute focused solution for handing off data editing to their respective owners. This reduces workload on agencies that are focused on solutions rather than edits and is also well suited to less technical users. To give them full capabilities, the only thing missing is the ability to create and edit geometry. Ideally it should be something that can be enabled as a privilege for the users. Depending on their level of expertise, we may only want them editing attributes as it is now.

Agreed - an app to edit the data should also allow editing of the geometry, not just attributes.

If it can be an optional toggle in the app settings, then authors who don't want users editing geometry (for whatever reason) can simply leave the toggle set to off - but it can set it to on if they do need their users to edit geometry, which for certain workflows of ours is necessary.

Also, why is there no ability to turn map layers on and off in this app?

Are you expecting authors to create a separate map for each layer they want to edit in this app?  That's completely wasteful.
