I am using the Reporter InstantApp for a project allowing users to report issues on public lands. The Reporter template fits 90% of the bill, but there are a few adjustments I would like to make but not sure it is possible.

  1. I would like to be able to initially collapse the window of submitted reports and have the app focus on submitting new reports rather than reviewing those already submitted.
  2. Along that same line, I would like to make the button for submitting a new report larger and possible move to the top of the current pane rather than the bottom.

Hi @LinzMess thank you for your feedback. In the current version of the app we don't have control over these options. We will look into offering these in 2025.

Thank you @SubaKrishnan! Is there a way to know if/when these offerings might be made in 2025?

@LinzMess I don't have a definite timeline yet, I will add it to our roadmap and update you as we finalize it.

Hello,

In your example above, do you have one feature layer with "potholes, impacted roads, etc" as field with domain values?  Or more than one layer?  I want what you are showing - when a user goes to create a report, the available categories are listed, then click to fill in a comment, etc.

Thanks

Kim

Hi @KimSapunar Potholes and impacted roads are individual layer. They have domains in it and it can be configured in the feature form in the map viewer. A report is created by filling out a form, and on the created report, user will see a comment button to submit a comment. Please remember both of the features needs to be configured in the report config panel.  Here are some blogs that could help you better. Please read them if you've not already.
