Can't publish updates to Atlas app

There's seems to have some issues with the Atalas instant app, publish updates took forever to run. Other temples have no issue.

@BrandonGuo Thank you for reaching out on this issue. Were you able to publish the updates to your app eventually? If you are consistently seeing performance issues when publishing this app, I would recommend reaching out to Esri Technical Support for further troubleshooting. If you have a publicly accessible link to the app, I would be happy to take a look at the content and see if there is anything that may be the cause.

@KristaMcPherson  Yes, seems working now. I have to use ArcGIS Assistant to manually update the app before.
