Attachment Viewer - customize default text 'Additional Features' to 'Historical Records' and 'Related Features' to site visit date from the attribute

Hi,

I have a nicely working attachment viewer app in ArcGIS Online with some historical imagery. I can't figure out how to change the default text for customized text on the info panel. For 'Additional Features' I'm hoping to call them 'Historical Data'. Also for 'Related feature: xy' something more relevant like the historical site visit date pulled from the attribute table of the related table. How do i do this? Thank you.
