Add a Layer from the Web (.csv) - Google Sheet

I am trying to add my google sheet to ArcGIS Online.  I have the sheet published to the web:

AAH_Groups

I have some Latitudes and Longitudes, but I am not able to select the fields in ArcGIS to let the program know where to look.  Any suggestions?

I was given a little help which is very useful for those using the new Google Sheets.  After selecting the Publish to the Web, you will need to modify the URL.  Replace the last section after the / with /export?format=csv

This will allow you to add the Layer from Web in ArcGIS Online as a csv file and then allows you to select the fields of Latitude and Longitude.
