When creating bespoke User Roles, we had an idea to be able to restrict or grant access to some of the Instant Apps that are available in both Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. For example, we currently want to restrict users from being able to use Survey123 as to make sure users are not gathering unnecessary information and from producing Survey's that have not been approved by the specific teams in order to be ready for the public to use. So the idea would be, we could then create a "Survey123 Creator" User Role which would then grant access to Survey123 or we could create a "Workforce Creator" which would do the same for Workforce and then people who don't have those access could have another User Role assigned to them, which wouldn't have access to the extras unless they required them?
