Enhance Introduction Panel to support checkbox/disclaimer type functionality

Hello, I am attempting to rebuild one of our public-facing Web App Builder apps using the newer Instant Apps in order to meet a requirement of integrating Google Analytics.

A key feature in the WAB version is the use of a disclaimer at the start. I see a lot of apps day to day that use some kind of "disclaimer" splash screen.

The Introduction panel in Instant Apps does an OK job of this in the Desktop Version, but is quite different in mobile:

So this Idea is to suggest making the Introduction Panel/Cover Page features a bit more flexible to allow for use as a disclaimer with a checkbox or other form of "agree to proceed" to continue with the app.
