Great product!

Is there any plan to have Insights support responsive design? Would love to be able to use the results of our analysis on a variety of platforms (Desktop, tablet, Mobile)

Thanks for feedback! Your timing is pretty good, we're putting the finishing touches on a new Report Designer feature that will allow you to design custom layouts for both interactive reports (desktop, tablet, mobile) and static reports (Letter, Legal, E Size, etc.).

Be on the lookout over the next month and a half or so for more information.

Also, as we continue to develop this feature we'd love to get feedback as to how you're looking to use Insights in this way so feel free to continue this conversation and let us know your specific use cases!

This has now been released for all versions of Insights (online/enterprise/desktop). We'd love to get your feedback on how it addresses your needs or ways it could be improved as we make subsequent updates. Thanks!

We are rolling out an adaptive capability towards both Interactive reports and Printed (PDF) reports in the next version of ArcGIS Insights v2023.2. This is the new Report Designer capability we introduced in the latest release.
