Add official support for AWS Redshift as a backend data store for Insights for ArcGIS.

@EllenNodwell_IntegraShare UPDATE: Our 2021.1 release of ArcGIS Insights, scheduled for late March 2021, will include the ability to connect to data stores that have JDBC drivers. Using the Generic JDBC Connector, you will be able to natively connect/work with AWS RedShift.
