Unable to create features in Floor Plan Editor

I've followed Esri's documentation to create the Floor Plan Editor web application in our Enterprise Portal. For some reason, the application does not let me actually create new features. The tooltips for the layers in the application say to click on the map to start drawing and double-click to finish drawing. But clicking on the map does nothing. 

I can confirm that I am able to create/edit features in the underlying webmap. I published the webmap using the instructions here: Share a web map for use in Floor Plan Editor—ArcGIS Indoors | Documentation

Has anyone had this issue?

In case anyone has this issue... Esri helped resolve the problem by going into the Web Map settings and enabling Floor Filtering as shown in the screenshot.
