Indoor Floor Plan Editor - Share with Group within Organization

I have Indoors configured in Enterprise 11.5. 
I configured Floor Plan Editor and want to share the plan with a specific group within my Organization. 
I only see the options for Private and Organization:

After working with Esri support, the Indoors team confirmed that the documentation on 11.5 is incorrect. 
You cannot share Floor Plans with groups within the Organization.
