Does anyone know the following:
1. Which license are a must-have to have floor plan editor in a 11.3 ArcGIS Enterprise base build.
2. Is Indoor viewer, which requires a Network Analyst extension, mandatory?
3. Is it possible to customise the UI and add bespoke widgets and rules to the Floor Plan Editor?
