Import Floorplans gets stuck on "Dropping CLOSE_DOORS from details_merged..." & other errors

We are trying to import around 30 buildings into our Indoors data to our SDE and have over and over again watched it get hung up on this final step "Dropping CLOSE_DOORS from details_merged..." for many hours. As in about half of the entire run-time of this import is taken up by this step.

Perhaps this is normal - but is it? Anyone?

Additionally, this import finally just finished as I was writing this, but once again seems to have duplicated every Unit. No other Indoors features were incorrectly duplicated, just the Units. The second screenshot says the import failed, but appears to have successfully added everything to the database...

I cannot discern why this is as the Config spreadsheet certainly doesn't have everything doubled, and our input CAD drawings do not have duplicate Unit/Room polygons either.

Anyone else experience these issues?

Hello @BenCunninghamCville, I realize this is an old post, but did you ever find out why this was happening?

We are having a similar issue while running the Import Floorplans to Indoors Geodatabase tool. It's taking a very long time to import a small number of floorplans and it's getting hung up on the CLOSE_DOORS step. We have this parameter set to "No" in the import xls file. In a recent import task, it took almost 2 hours to upload 1 floorplan with a fairly simple layout. We have close to 1000 more floorplans to process, so we're trying to determine what's typical.
