Floor filter showing duplicate values

I have created a floor aware map but the indoor floor picker is showing multiple values for the same floor. After selecting my facility, then choosing the floor drop down, i can see 20+ instances of the first floor and another 20+ instances of the second floor. 

I used the calculate field tool to populate the values for floor level twice, once for level one and once for level two. Im not sure how so many different options are available for two floors with only two differences in values (1&2).

It looks like you have multiple levels with the same LEVEL_ID and the same FACILITY_ID.
