Book Hotel Desk for Others

I have Indoors setup in Enterprise 11.5
I have added reservation managers to my Workspace Areas, however we are not seeing the toggle to reserve a workspace for another occupant when booking in the Indoor Viewer. 
The unit is assigned to the Workspace Area. 
Is this a configurable setting? Where should we see the "Reserve for Someone Else"?

Yes, it’s configurable.

The “Reserve for Someone Else” option only appears if the user is explicitly assigned as a Reservation Manager for that specific Workspace Area and the Workspace Area is marked as reservable. Just assigning units or general roles isn’t enough. After updating managers, make sure the changes are saved/published and refresh the Indoors Viewer.
