ArcGIS Indoors - Network Doesn't Create Navigation Route Between Floors

I am having trouble getting the navigation to work between floors on my Indoors dataset when I test the Route Network. The navigation works if I am routing between two locations on the same floor. However, it doesn't create a route between floors. This problem is both in ArcGIS Pro and the Indoors Viewer in ArcGIS Online. The following is a screenshot of what ArcGIS Pro generates when I create two stops on different floors. I have edited the transition for the stairs, and the vertices elevation values. I have followed the Esri Academy training and some YouTube videos but I haven't been able to figure out what I am doing wrong. Does anyone have success with navigating between floors with either stairs or elevator? What could be causing this?

I am having the same issue with our indoors dataset. We haven't figured out what is going on yet but we are working with another company who is hosting our routes and they are looking into the issue for us. I will post another comment here if/when we figure out what is going on.

Hello @martina_works, I'm not able to tell from your screenshot, but one thing to confirm is that the vertices on the transitions features snap to vertices in the pathways features. You can always check network connectivity in ArcGIS Pro using the Explore Network tool.
