ArcGIS Indoor Template issue

We are having some issues in the Configuration part of ArcGIS Indoors web application template. We could not able to configure a web scene for indoors. We have tried configuring the app through config.json form the portal installation folder. But still, web scene is not added to the indoor application. We don’t see any Select Web Scene option in ArcGIS Indoors Application template. At last, we have found that the indoors template which we are working that is by esri_apps not by esri_en. Can anyone suggest us that how can we get that template which is by esri_en? Or Can the ArcGIS Indoors web mapping application template by esri_apps be configurable?

Kindly, suggest some documentation regarding this issue and help us out from this inconvenience.

When you search ArcGIS Enterprise from the main Portal Search and you type in "indoors" you get a drop-down as seen below:

DON'T select the first one. That is the old one. Just hit Enter to return all the search results. The one you want is highlighted below:

It's by esri_en and it was created on April 17, 2019. This one should work for you.
