Hello,

Recently we upgrade Ent 11 to 11.1 and as a result our Indoor viewer application is not working on chrome browser. But it is working on Edge.

I do not know if it is a bug.

Chrome Version 113.0.5672.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)

It is looking for "floorFilterUtils.js" and get 404 error as seen on chrome console below.

moment.js:287 Deprecation warning: moment().subtract(period, number) is deprecated. Please use moment().subtract(number, period). See for more info.

Hello @Suleyman-Arslan this is not expected. Please provide some more info:

  • Is this only happening in Chrome from any machine or just one particular machine?
  • What happens in Incognito mode?
  • Have you tried to clear cache or reinstall the browser?
  • How did you perform the upgrade process?

Your responses will help troubleshoot further.

Hello @GauravJobanputra ,

Sorry for false alarm.

I was tested with incognito window, and also get same feedback from the users.

Clearing cache solve the problem.

Thanks.
