Setting Dynamic Image Workspace for Azure Blob Storage

Does anyone know if it is possible/how to set the dynamic image workspace for an image service (published from mosaic dataset) if the rasters are stored in azure blob storage?

I haven't tested with Azure Blob, but have you seen the documentation below?
