Image Server on ArcGIS Server Workgroup Advanced 10.0

Hi There. I have a problem with an ArcGIS Image Server. When trying to use the application on a ArcGIS Server Workgroup Adv for the image service not started causing the error attached. Anyone have any idea how to fix this or you have had a similar experience? regards,
