Submitting a ticket

What is the best path for submitting a ticket for this product? I can't seem to find an option for when I go to  "Create a case".

Hey @LondonWalker , thanks for reaching out about this! From what you have described, it sounds like the Image Dedicated product is not listed as a product when you create a case via the webform option. This is an issue that I am aware of, and will work with those who manage the website to add this product to the webform. In the meantime, you can open the case under another applicable product (like ArcGIS Enterprise Image Server, for instance) and mention the Image Dedicated product in the case description when you create a case. This will help Support Services route the Image Dedicated case to the appropriate team.
