Attribute table is flashing in FMV Annotation

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.5: Using FMV annotation point that is created when pressing the annotation button in the video player. The attribute table of the annotation is flashing as in the attached video.

How to fix it?

From the Contents pane, right click your points [FMV annotations], and select Layer properties.

In General > Uncheck the option "layer should be refreshed periodically" [see the FMV.jpg attached]

This will fix it. By default, the option is checked so it keep refreshes the layer every 1 second, hence the flashing.
