Using Groups to display content

Hi...

I am new to hub and am trying to use Groups in Layout/Category/Category Settings/Use Group to display content.  The issue is I can only see one group available in the drop down, and this is always a group that has been created automatically when I have created the hub.  I have checked all the settings on my other groups to ensure they are available to everyone and are open data but cannot see why the groups do not show up in the drop down.

Any help is much appreciated!

Add more groups to your site using the "Group Manager" in the light blue drop down in edit mode. The category card is hooked up to the search....which is powered by the Group Manager.
