Unexpected Error Occurred on https://hub.arcgis.com/admin/

Whenever I go to manage my ArcGIS Hub sites from ArcGIS Online I get an error message on the home screen (attached image) - is this a common problem. I can use the site links at the top - but its pretty disconcerting.
