The Symbology of Feature Layer in ArcGIS hub can't display like in ArcGIS Online

Hi,

I'm a new user to ArcGIS hub. But I met some problems, which I couldn't solve for a long time. I really need some help. Please help me or show me where I can find the solutions.

1. The Symbology of Feature Layer in ArcGIS hub can't display like in ArcGIS Online:

In ArcGIS hub:

In ArcGIS online:

I wonder how can I make the symbology of the feature layer in ArcGIS Hub just like in ArcGIS Online. Please help me.

2. How to enable public download of web maps in the ArcGIS hub?

I know it's okay to enable the public download of feature layers in ArcGIS Online. I wonder if it's possible to enable the web maps.

These are my confusion for a long time. I hope I can get the solutions. Thank you so much.
