Hi
I am relatively new with ArcGIS but I would like to start a project that is rather huge for my skills. Any help would do.
I am working for a heritage NGO and we are part of a ESRI community hub with a licensed account.
I would like to create a hub site on ArcGIS Online where I can publish a quite large collection of historical georeferenced maps, as a map library, with a search and retrieval system in place for easy accessibility to the public. Something in the lines of https://www.oldmapsonline.org/
Any ideas to what tools/ apps do I need in order to start this project?
