I have an odd one folks that has had me pulling my hair out. My site is displaying content that no longer exists (and I have searched the entire org to verify).
To correct the issue, I deleted the original content, forced the content update (3-dots Check for Updates), I recreated a similar application and name, etc...etc. As it failed in all cases, a support ticket has been opened (see below).

Hi @John_Spence it looks to me like your hit is coming from the https://hub.arcgis.com/arcgis hub
There it is still referencing the app try login into the hub link itself and update\delete it from there.

I dug into this a bit more. The URL is trying to get to this itemID = 5b879b1edd9a478b9ddbc5cbf673d9cc, but it does not exist in ArcGIS Online.
