I have a hub built mainly out of gallery cards, when linked to a web map it opens up in hub viewer and you only have access to the legend, search bar and a few other buttons. Is it possible to open up web maps in ArcGIS hub in map viewer and not hub viewer so that you can have access to the layers button? Or even enable it someway? Seems like an over looked feature.
