OGC Services issue in Hub

Hello Community. We have several image services that originate from our ArcGIS Enterprise Site. Each of these support Esri and all relevant OGC specifications (e.g., WMS, WFS, WCS, etc.). These are added as separate items to our AGOL account. For instance,  Imagery_2024 and Imagery_2024_wms. The map services are publicly available (i.e., no security restrictions) and shared with Hub so that they appear in the results. Every OGC item displays a "service status unknown" warning. Interestingly, the layer(s) appear in the map. This is happening not just for services we are making available, but for our partners who contribute content as well. Additionally, clicking the "Data Source" button to access the API does not pull up the capabilities document. Anyone had similar experiences?

Hi@NCCGIA - I didn't experience the error when viewing the dataset displayed in your post; however, I did notice a number of console errors related to invalid extent sizes (the map did initially load zoomed all the way out). Please touch base with Esri Support Services to troubleshoot further.
