All of our Hub sites are down, giving a 504 Gateway Time-out Error. Even (https://hub.arcgis.com/entrance) is down, so it appears to be a system-wide issue. Is there any information available about when these services will be restored? Our Hub site is crucial to on-going operations.

We experienced an outage from 13:50 to 14:20 EDT, it has been resolved and all services are operating as expecting. We are currently performing a thorough root cause analysis and establishing additional guards to mitigate similar events in the future.
