Hub can't be reached after Custom Domain

Been working on a Hub for while, created a custom domain and CNAME record on Tuesday for it. Wednesday everything worked fine. Thursday it wasn't able to be reached for a bit but worked for most of the day. Today, Friday, the Hub hasn't be able to be reached at all expect for a short period after I updated an event linked to the Hub. I've updated the event again and tried updating the connected Online Map too to see if I can load it but it hasn't worked. Not sure what has happened as I don't know much about this sort of thing and don't handle my organizations domains, web pages, etc. 

Has anyone had something like this happen to them before?

Had a similar issue...

  • Check your DNS entry for the custom domain. Make sure it is a CNAME w/ the entry as hub.arcgis.com.
  • If you are running into SSL issues, you will need to submit a support ticket. If you hit them up early in the morning, it will usually be resolved within about 2 hours.

Check your DNS entry by looking how it propagated. You can see what it says here: https://www.whatsmydns.net/
