How to prevent mobile page zooming in when filling form?

I have a Survey123 form embedded in my hub site. When accessing it on a mobile device the whole page gets zoomed in when I click on a form input. See this video: https://imgur.com/TorDaeR. Any ideas how to prevent this?

Hi @Anonymous User - many mobile operating systems will auto-zoom on input fields which have font sizes below 16px.

Please see if this same behavior observes outside a Hub site by viewing the survey directly on a mobile device or embedding it elsewhere. Depending on your findings, the following next steps are recommended:

1. Issue is present viewing Survey123 directly or embedding outside of a Hub Site > log a BUG request for Survey123
2. Issue is only present when embedded in a Hub Site > log a BUG request for ArcGIS Hub with support
