Having issues with no data being returned when downloading filtered data as a shapefile.
I draw a polygon, filter to the polygon, toggle the filters, and hit download a shapefile.
The hub filters the data and then downloads a shapefile fine, but when you open it there is no data in it. The same process works fine with the csv and excel download, and they contain the data.
Only seems to be a problem when filtering using a drawn polygon, as filtering on an attribute worked fine.
I have looked on similar data hubs external to ours and the same issue seems to occur.
Is this a known issue that is flagged with ESRI or is there something I can do to resolve it myself?
