I created a hub site and added a survey made in Survey123, both are set to Public, however when I'm signed out of my account I cannot view the survey. An error message shows up "Error Loading Survey" "We received an error loading this survey, select below to open directly". Clicking the button doesn't bring you to the survey. I've tried adjusting the privacy settings for the feature layers that are automatically created with the survey, but this didn't help.

**Update - The issue was fixed by logging into Survey123 Connect, going to 'Analyze survey' under Tools, and updating the XLSForm Template.

When you are not logged in, does your survey123 open in your browser with it's direct link outside of your Hub Site?
Hello, no I haven't been able to fix the issue. I even tried recreating the survey. I used the survey widget within my hub, so if someone is logged in, they can enter their information within the same page.
