Embedded Web Map App in Hub Display Issue

We have created Hub Site Applications for Virtual Public Forums to get community feedback for local transportation projects. These contain a web map app embedded in our hub site for people to see the input submitted by other community members, vote for ideas you like with the heart button, and add additional comments to those ideas.

The issue is that as soon as you click on a point in the Public Comments Map it recenters the entire page, not just the web map contents

After clicking a point... 

This simple action cuts off the top of the application... We've made several of these sites and have not noticed this issue until now. Any advice on how to remedy this?  

How do I remedy this?
