Currently, ArcGIS Hub has a lot of extra features that our ArcGIS Enterprise Sites doesn't have:
- Enhanced downloads
- Downloads without item export
- Downloads based on filter
- Create from Template
Will these features filter down to Sites eventually?
I would say yes as Hub is the agol equivalent of Sites. However enhancements will always show up on the AGOL side. If you are using ArcGIS Hub Premium then those extra enhancements will not be shown in Sites.
