I have some layers that use https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 in their licensing. Recently, they stopped showing up in the DCAT feed. I tried to add a license line (like this post https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-hub-questions/dcat-feed-urls-return-404/td-p/190888), but it doesn't fix it. Has anyone had this issue?
