Hello,

Since Arcgis enforces https recently, our open data site(https://hub-maconbibb.opendata.arcgis.com/), custom domain: www.maconinsights.com, has issue with https.

Browsers will block site at the first visit and states it's not secure. If we attempt to visit site as https://www.maconinsites.com ,  it states that it's not secure with invalid certificate as the following figure.

I have already followed this article Configure site settings—ArcGIS Hub | Documentation , but still experience this issue.

Please advise me how to correct this issue.

Thanks.

we'll look into this, certificates for new custom domains should be issued within 24 hours. will get back to you

we need to work on the messaging in that modal...looks like your domain was 20 minutes old when we saw this. it does take a bit for us to request a certificate on your behalf. Looks like it auto generated though, you should be all set! we will automatically renew your short lived HTTPS certificate as long as the CNAME points to hub.arcgis.com

nice site!
