Most of our document-based items in Hub are no longer working correctly.  We get a "refused to connect" message in the iFrame in the Explore view.  Examples:

Hub: https://geohub.lio.gov.on.ca/documents/central-ontario-orthophotography-project-coop-2021/explore

Linked document: https://www2.sdc.gov.on.ca/sites/MNRF-PublicDocs/EN/CMID/LIO-COOP2021-FactSheet-ENG.pdf

Hub: https://geohub.lio.gov.on.ca/documents/species-observation-provincially-tracked/explore

Linked web page: https://www.ontario.ca/page/get-natural-heritage-information

I am having trouble sorting out whether this is a Hub problem or a problem with our own servers.  Any insights would be appreciated.

Update.  The problem is caused by the 'X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN' header.  This is set on the web server of the site being displayed in the iFrame and is meant to prevent sites from being displayed inside iFrames.  Not a Hub issue.

We're having issues today as well -- attribute tables cannot be viewed in web map viewer, but work in webapps using that same base web map.
