One of our customer experiences certificate expiration for its open data Hub site.
The Hub site is configured with custom domain https://data.noumea.nc/ and it worked flawlessly for 2 years.
The certificate expired 9 days ago and we have no way to configure its renewal.
May the ArcGIS Hub team fix the issue ?
Certificate renewals should occur automatically so the behavior you're seeing is not something we would expect. Are you able to open a case with Esri Support?
