I am hoping that someone can help with this concern:
We have data posted on an open data page gishub.arcgis.com for our business.
The cards show as they should on a Microsoft pc running Windows 11, they also show on an older iPad 6th Gen. no problem.
The cards do not show on a MacBook Air, although the title of the page and an imbedded form for public response does show, the cards that when clicked, take the user to other forms of data Are missing altogether.
We have tried different browsers to see if that was the problem with a no-go
Additional problem: Our business uses Windows products and I need to go home to my MacBook Air to try and solve the problem.
What it comes to is: our Public-facing customers with MacBooks need to access our data-hub too.
Any troubleshooting suggestions? Thanks in advance.
